Jayne and Liam are Kodiak Avenue – an acoustic duo based in South Wales. They specialise in providing bespoke entertainment for weddings and events.
They are happy to be contacted at short notice e.g. less than one week’s notice.

When performing, they always try to make each song and arrangement their own. They are flexible and versatile, to make sure the client gets the best experience possible. They aim for a high standard of excellence in every aspect of an event, keeping up to date with a selection of classic hits, songs from the charts, and popular country music from the Nashville scene.

Kodiak Avenue are able to fit in at any type of event or special occasion, and tailor each show to meet the needs of the client.

Jayne is a trained singer and has achieved Grade 8 Singing (Distinction) with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, holds a Diploma of the London College of Music (DipLCM), and a B.A. (Hons) Degree from the University of South Wales. She has performed as a soloist in cabaret at various venues throughout the UK, and in Sacramento and Redding in California USA, and has sung in many concerts and shows, including the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff.

She is a qualified singing and piano teacher, and she has a website called Piano With Jayne where she offers online lessons. She enjoys playing acoustic guitar, mandolin, ukulele and cajon, and often plays bass on several of Kodiak Avenue’s songs.

Jayne loves to sing a variety of different musical styles, such as Country, West End/Broadway, Classical, Swing and Jazz. She also enjoys presenting shows and events, organising a successful fashion show for a large retailer, Carols by Candlelight, and ‘A Taste Of Wales’ Event.

Liam has previously played guitar in a rock band, however he has a passion for the music he plays with Kodiak Avenue, and loves arranging acoustic covers of popular songs to perform with Jayne.

He is currently working as a Digital Marketing Consultant, and also teaches guitar. He is a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer and exercise referral specialist.

Country music is Jayne and Liam’s favourite genre, and Liam’s influences include Keith Urban, Chris Stapleton, Brad Paisley and Kip Moore.

They were thrilled to receive a message from country band ‘The Common Linnets’, who said they loved Kodiak Avenue’s cover of ‘Calm After The Storm’. Jayne and Liam’s covers of ‘Gonna’ and Sangria’ by Nashville artist Blake Shelton were also tweeted by a well-known radio station in Oklahoma to thousands of their listeners.
